Arizona Real Estate Sales and Brokers

Effective April 1, 2020, Arizona will require Out-of-State License Recognition applicants to pass the Out-of-State License Recognition State Specific Examination. Note that you must be an Arizona resident to be eligible for Out-of-State License Recognition. It maintains oversight of approved schools to ensure the quality content of their courses, the competence of their instructors, and the quality and timeliness of the materials being taught.
