Digital Marketing Institute expands exam programme globally with Pearson VUE partnership

LONDON, UK, Nov. 28, 2014 – The Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) has signed a new agreement with Pearson VUE, the global computer-based testing leader, launching a series of global certification exams to increase the accessibility of DMI certification exams for its growing global student population.

The new partnership means candidates can book tests at any of over 5,000 test centres in 180 countries around the world. The test centres offer a consistent, distraction-free and highly secure testing environment with trained invigilators watching over candidates, and the results can be made available instantly to candidates.

In addition to the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, other exams available include DMI’s specialist diplomas across search, mobile, social media and strategy & planning.

With the roll-out of its specialist diplomas catering for students seeking training in specific areas, the DMI has significantly expanded the number of courses available to its education partners around the world. As a result its international licence business is now a major growth sector, with new partners spanning Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. Student numbers and revenue for its online business have more than doubled in a year.
