BLOOMINGTON, MN, June 24, 2015 – The Interactive Advertising Bureau has launched a new partnership with global computer-based testing (CBT) leader Pearson VUE to deliver its marketing certification exams around the world.
The exams – IAB Digital Media Sales Certification and IAB Digital Ad Operations Certification – will be delivered via Pearson VUE’s network of over 5,000 test centers in 180 countries.
Michael Theodore, senior vice president of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, said: “I am delighted that by working with Pearson VUE, our exams will now be available and accessible around the world through Pearson VUE’s extensive test center network.”
The Interactive Advertising Bureau will also be utilizing Acclaim, Pearson’s digital badging platform, allowing certificate-holders to proudly display their achievements in the form of a badge on social media websites such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Acclaim allows potential employers to instantly verify credentials by simply clicking on the badge.
