How much time should I expect to spend taking an online practice exam?
You will have 3 hours to complete the Case Study exam.
Is the online practice exam scored?
The CGMA online practice exam is not scored.
If I type responses in the case study, can I review my answers later?
No, your responses are not stored in the system and will not be available for review later. The case study practice exam is designed to provide familiarity with the content, format and functionality of the exam. If you wish to save your answers, you should write your answers directly in your personal word processor.
How long do I have to start the online practice exam?
Once you have scheduled your online practice exam, you must complete it within 30 days. Once the test is started, you will have a defined period of time to answer the questions on the test. If you do not complete the online practice exam within the 30-day window, it will expire.
I will have a special testing accommodation allowing extra time for my actual exam. Can I also have an accommodation for the online practice exam?
The extra time and other accommodations cannot be applied to the online practice exam. Candidates requiring extra time can take the test more than once.
Do I need different web accounts for my online practice exam and my actual exam?
Yes. For the time being, you will need to create a separate web account in order to take an online practice exam.
What are the system requirements?
How do I know which exams are available online for practice and which are proctored/invigilated and must be taken at a Pearson VUE test centre?
An online practice exam is available for the CGMA case study. The purpose of the online practice exam is simply to help you prepare for the actual exam. You must purchase and take the actual exam in a Pearson VUE test centre.
Do I need to create a profile in advance of taking the online practice exam?
No but we recommend you create a profile at least 2 days prior to when you would like to take your online practice exam. Creating your account in advance of taking the online practice exam will help reduce delays.
How do I schedule an online practice exam?

Can I stop the exam after it is started and come back later to finish it?
