    Attention:

    Beginning July 1, 2024, Candidates seeking a Surety Bail Bond License must pass the Surety Bail Bond exam. There are no pre-requisites for taking this exam. Please see the Surety Bail Bond exam outline (to come) to preparing for the exam.

    Any active Surety Bail Bond license holder on or before June 30th, 2024, will not be required to sit for the new Surety Bail Bond examination. There will be no new Professional Bail Bond license issued after June 30th, 2024.

It is very important that this information is correct, as it will appear as it was entered on the documentation provided to you after you have completed the exam, as well as on any reports to your licensing agency.

    Appointments may be made up to one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability. You may schedule your exam online or over the phone by contacting customer service.
