for current test centers

Initially, the Tech and Test Administrator contacts listed on your agreement are assigned usernames and passwords. To change and/or add contacts:

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Review Chapter 4 of the Policies and Procedures Guide.

The first thing you will need to do as a new designated Test Administrator is to become trained and certified. Once you are trained and certified, you are ready to begin testing candidates.

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Review the self-study training materials: Policies and Procedures Guide for Pearson VUE Authorized Test Centers
  3. Complete the Test Administrator Certification Assessment.
  4. Schedule your certification assessment. Follow the instructions under Scheduling Certification Exams.

To add or update hours:

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Review Chapter 4 of the Policies and Procedures Guide.

To add a workstation:

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Review Chapter 4 of the Policies and Procedures Guide.

If you will have a new address:

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Access the downloads section for the Change of Address form.
  3. Once your site has moved and is set up, send new photos of your testing site directly to our Quality Department: PearsonVUETestCenterQuality@Pearson.com.

If you are changing rooms, but your address is not changing:

  1. You do not need to fill out a change of address form.
  2. You still need to send in new photos to our Quality Department: PearsonVUETestCenterQuality@Pearson.com

Remember to enter closed days for your site if you need to be closed during your move.

  1. In the test center search, set search criteria to show more than five test centers.
  2. Check your hours to make sure they accommodate the test’s length.
  3. If your site is still not listed, you may not be authorized to deliver exams for that client. Proceed as follows:
