Examination scheduling information

Please VERIFY that you have created your web account with your LEGAL name as it appears on your government-issued ID and that your personal information is CORRECT. Contact Pearson VUE immediately to correct the spelling of your name or update your personal information if you notice any errors. It is very important that this information is correct, as it will appear as it was entered on the documentation provided to you after you have completed the exam, as well as on any reports to your licensing agency.

Appointments may be made up to one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability. You may schedule your exam online or over the phone by contacting customer service.

Electronic Fingerprinting Services

Electronic fingerprinting appointments must be made through IdentoGO by IDEMIA by calling 888-467-2080 Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM Central time, or by scheduling online at uenroll.identogo.com/workflows/11G6QF.

Electronic Licensing Services

All candidates must pass an exam prior to application submission. All fees are non-refundable or non-transferable. Candidates must submit a completed application within one year of passing their exam. Candidates submitting applications must do so online for most license types at www.sircon.com/texas.

Candidates may contact the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) with questions about maintaining a license after the license has been issued.
