Brian has extensive experience in content management software and services at Pearson VUE and is currently the product manager for the ExamDeveloper platform. As a product manager, Brian is responsible for providing strategic vision and driving the product roadmap to best serve the needs of customers while coordinating with software development prioritization for the business. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Cloud State University.
Supervisor, Customer Service Technical Support
With a background in publishing and software application roles at Pearson VUE, Andrew is ideally suited for his current position as Supervisor Customer Service Technical Support. Drawing upon his past experience in managing client migrations to ExamDeveloper and providing client support, Andrew currently oversees client support for item banking and test authoring applications, works with internal departments to optimize the client experience and serves as an ExamDeveloper subject matter expert. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and Management from Waldorf College in Forest City, Iowa.
Senior Content Developer
As a member of Pearson VUE’s Content Development team, Tina focuses on working with clients to implement best practices in exam development. She is responsible for assisting clients with developing fair and reliable exam content through item writing training, item review and form review. She brings a variety of experience through various content development roles over the previous 11 years and is a subject matter expert on the ExamDeveloper platform. Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from the University Wisconsin-River Falls and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Training and Development from Lewis University.
