Security 101

How do you secure the investment your organization has made in its high-stakes exam? When it comes to security, we believe a multi-layered approach is best. In this webinar, you'll hear from Pearson VUE’s security experts and learn the role that risk management, test design, exam delivery and candidate management play in safeguarding your credential. First, we'll explain the components of a Secure Testing Framework—what it is and the questions you should answer in order to assess risk for your program. Next, we will look at test design and the security implications of various decisions made as part of the exam development process. Then we will consider the exam delivery process and evaluate the security pros and cons of various delivery channels. Finally, we'll evaluate candidate policies and procedures as they relate to security.

Security is a complex topic and program needs vary, but this Security 101 overview will highlight areas you may need to strengthen as you evaluate your program’s exam security processes.
