Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)

The Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) exam, sponsored by Nacha, is coordinated through Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO). Obtaining the AAP accreditation demonstrates a commitment to understanding and excelling in electronic payments, with an emphasis on topics related to the ACH Network.

Examination Registration

Before scheduling your exam at a Person VUE testing center, you must have already

  • Registered for the AAP exam with Nacha
  • Received your Authorization to Test email from Nacha

Examination Test Window

  • Monday, October 7 – Saturday, November 2, 2024

Examination Scheduling Information

Candidates will have three (3.0) hours to complete the examination.

To schedule online, you must first create a Pearson VUE web account. Please note that account creation may require up to 24 hours. You will be notified by email when your account is activated.

To schedule your exam, you will need your HumRRO ID# from your Authorization to Test email provided by Nacha. You may schedule your exam up to one business day in advance of the scheduled examination date. We highly suggest you register as soon as possible as test centers fill fast.

You will need to bring a government issued picture ID, including a signature, as well as EITHER your confirmation email from Pearson VUE or your Authorization to Test email to the testing center. You are not permitted to bring personal belongings (such as hat, coats, cell phones or purses) into the testing room. You do not need paper or pencil; these will be provided by the testing facility.
