What payment options are available?
Learners can pay for Associate-level exams via credit card. American Express, Master Card, VISA, and JCB are accepted.
How can I take an exam?
Most Apple Professional-level certification exams require a proctor and are delivered at Apple Authorized Training Providers (AATPs) or Apple Authorized Training Centers for Education (AATCEs). Visit locate.apple.com to find an AATP near you.
How can I get an exam payment receipt?
When you pay for an exam with a credit card, a confirmation email is automatically sent, and you can print that email as a receipt. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam filter or contact Pearson VUE at pearsonvue.com/apple/contact.
How can I get my score report?
Whether you take your exam at an AATP or independently, you’ll be able to view and print your scores from your Pearson VUE account after you’ve completed the exam.
At this time, we don’t utilize email to send score reports to candidates because this presents a security issue with the unsecure transmission of personal information. Pearson VUE adheres to the U.S. Commerce Department’s Safe Harbor principles for personal information collected in the member states of the European Union in connection with the delivery of certification, licensure, and academic admission testing services. We use reasonable precautions to protect personal information from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Because score reports contain personal information, it is our policy to securely provide score reports to candidates via their Pearson VUE account.
How much time do I have to complete an Apple IT/pro apps exam?
Exam times vary; review the Exam Prep Guide on training.apple.com for the exam you’re interested in. Exam Prep Guides contain exam time limit, passing score, number of questions, and other details.
I have duplicate records in the Apple Certification Records System. How can I get them merged?
I took my exam through Prometric and it’s not in my records. Now what?
