Arkansas Real Estate

Effective May 1, the registration process for the Arkansas Real Estate Exam will be updated to eliminate paper Certificates of Exam Eligibility from the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. Arkansas Real Estate exams will be paused April 27 - 30, 2024. Scheduling and testing will reopen May 1, 2024. You can still register to take exams through April 26, but you must show a paper Certificate of Exam Eligibility at the testing center until April 26. The exam content is not changing, only the registration process is being updated to better serve you. If you have questions, please send an email to AREC.Application@Arkansas.gov.

The mission of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission is to protect the public interest, through the examination, licensing, and regulation of real estate brokers and salespersons, and through administration of the Arkansas Time-Share Law.
