As efforts to control the outbreak continue, we have made the decision to extend our suspension of mainland China exam deliveries (including exams delivered through our 3rd party test centre network) through the end of March, or until it has been confirmed safe to resume exam delivery services. Our decision was determined in accordance with the guidance provided by local authorities and government agencies.

Mainland China candidates whose exams were originally scheduled in March will be cancelled. All affected candidates will receive cancellation notices in advance of their originally scheduled testing date.

Upon receiving a cancellation notification, candidates may reschedule their exam appointments with seat availability starting April 1, 2020.

Due to ongoing concerns related to the coronavirus, and in accordance with local government guidance, we have temporarily closed our mainland China testing centers, and suspended exam delivery through our third-party test center network in mainland China effective January 27, 2020, through the end of February 2020. All test deliveries outside of the suspended areas of mainland China are continuing to deliver exams in normal fashion.

Mainland China candidates whose exams were originally scheduled through the end of February 2020 have been cancelled. Candidates may reschedule their exams with appointment availability starting March 1, 2020.

While we are targeting exam delivery operations to fully resume in mainland China by March 1, 2020, our top priority is to help protect the health and safety of our testing candidates and team members. Therefore, we will continue to closely monitor the situation and will act in accordance with any new guidance provided by local authorities and government agencies as the situation evolves.
