Launch Exam

Once you are ready to launch the exam for the test-taker, please click the button below and sign into the Pearson VUE Launch Pad application with your Site Utilities username and password.

If test takers are experiencing issues with their username and/or password, please have the test-taker contact Pearson VUE customer service.

Technical problems during the exam delivery?

• Check release schedule
• Having problems? Review the technical requirements document to ensure your technical setup will meet all requirements to deliver these exams.
• Review the Admin User Guide or Proctor User Guide
• If a technical issue arises during the time the exam is being delivered, the proctor (not the test-taker) should contact Pearson VUE Support Services for assistance.
