EBU In-Service Assessment

26 and 27 March 2020

In order to take part in the EBU In-Service Assessment each candidate must have a personal account AND book the assessment through this website.

The details in the mandatory fields on this site must correspond with the details as stated in the email “ISA 2020-Pearson VUE information” sent by the EBU (ebu@ebu.com) on 23 March 2020. A candidate who already has an account cannot create a new account.

I have forgotten my username

Step 1: Click on the “Forgot my username” link under the EBU logo.
Step 2: Complete the form and enter your first name, last name and email address.
Step 3: Answer the security questions.
Step 4: Check your inbox for the email sent by PearsonVUEConfirmation@pearson.com
Step 5: Click on the link and follow the instructions.
Step 6: Once successfully logged in, you will be asked to update your security questions as three security questions and responses are now required.

Step 3: Check your inbox for the email sent by PearsonVUEConfirmation@pearson.com.

Please note: The system does not recognize certain diacritic marks (e.g. Č, ů, ř).

Should that be the case, enter your name without any diacritic marks.
