Testing at Military Bases

Pearson VUE is pleased to offer Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation exams at select military bases around the world. Examination scheduling information

Please VERIFY that you have created your web account with your LEGAL name as it appears on your government-issued ID and that your personal information is CORRECT. Contact Pearson VUE immediately to correct the spelling of your name or update your personal information if you notice any errors. It is very important that this information is correct, as it will appear as it was entered on the documentation provided to you after you have completed the exam, as well as on any reports to your licensing agency.

Appointments may be made up to one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability. You may schedule your exam online or over the phone by contacting customer service.

Cancellation / Rescheduling policy

To cancel or reschedule a test without any penalty it needs to be done two full calendar days before the test.

Tuesday - anytime The Saturday before – anytime up to midnight on Saturday
Wednesday - anytime The Sunday – anytime up to midnight on Sunday

Friday - anytime The Tuesday – anytime up to midnight Tuesday
Saturday - anytime The Wednesday – anytime up to midnight Wednesday
Sunday - anytime The Thursday – anytime up to midnight Thursday

Candidates can cancel and reschedule using the web (self-service) up to midnight two full calendar days prior to their tests and incur no penalty for late cancellation or reschedule.
