Build a Long-Term, Rewarding Security Career

Register for Your (ISC)² Exam

Scheduling your (ISC)² exam is the first step in building a successful, long-term security career. Earning an (ISC)² certification – like the globally recognized CISSP® – validates your expertise as a security professional in the eyes of hiring managers and your peers.

Registering for your (ISC)² exam is easy.

  1. Create an account with Pearson VUE, the exclusive global administrator of all (ISC)² exams.

Candidates pursuing an (ISC)2 certification are permitted only one (ISC)2 account. Having multiple accounts causes delays in receiving exam results. Creating multiple accounts to avoid a rescheduling fee, circumvent the (ISC)2 Retake Policy or to reapply a free exam code is a violation of (ISC)2 Exam Policies and may nullify your exam results and/or result in a temporary or permanent ban from (ISC)2 exams.

  2. Select the (ISC)² certification exam you are pursuing.

This process attests that your assertions regarding professional experience are true and that you are in good standing within the cybersecurity industry.

Agree to the (ISC)² Code of Ethics

All information security professionals who are certified by (ISC)² recognize that such certification is a privilege that must be both earned and maintained. All (ISC)² members are required to commit to fully support (ISC)² Code of Ethics Canons:

Certified Members AMFs

(ISC)² certified members pay a single Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) which is due each year upon the anniversary of their certification date. Members only pay a single AMF regardless of how many certifications they earn. AMFs for members with multiple certifications are due on their earliest certification anniversary.

For members who hold the following certifications, CAP, CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP, and SSCP, there is an AMF of U.S. $125. For members who only hold our CC certification, the AMF is U.S $50.
