Book an exam

To book your exam (including if you have a Pearson VUE voucher that you have ordered via the iSQI website), you need to create or sign into your Pearson VUE account.

Time extension

If you are eligible for a time extension, please create your Pearson VUE account first. If you do not have one, complete and send the following form (plus any supporting evidence) to timeextension@isqi.org.

Appointment changes

If you would like to postpone or cancel your exam, please log into your Pearson VUE profile and make the applicable changes to the test.

Exam appointments scheduled for less than 48 hours from now cannot be cancelled on the website. In this case, please contact Pearson VUE customer service listed below.
