Please find below important information regarding sitting your exam online. It is very important to read this thoroughly to avoid any issues on exam day.

Before launching the software, shut down all other applications running on your computer. If you do not, OnVUE will attempt to take this action automatically, but this could disrupt your exam start. Additionally, the exam may not load as expected and you could forfeit your exam fee.

You will not be able to take breaks within your exam.

As the awarding organisation, The London Institute of Banking & Finance may access and process your personal data for delivery of online exams and to ensure the security and integrity of our exams. Processing this data is necessary to be able to deliver you an online exam and will only be retained as long as is needed. On test day

STEP 1. Do any last-minute prep

Be sure your computer and internet pass the pre-exam system test. Clear your desk/workspace of prohibited items and prep your equipment. Get your ID ready to present. Review our Exam rules / testing advice for specifics.

STEP 2. Check in

You can begin the check-in process up to 30 minutes before to 15 minutes after your appointment time.  

STEP 3. Start your exam

While testing, it’s best to focus on the questions and not get distracted. Observe all the environmental and behavioral rules. If you need help during your exam, use the chat icon to request assistance.
