Fee Change

The testing fee will be changed to $59 for test dates on or after October 1, 2018.

Effective December 13, 2017 paper applications will no longer be accepted for test registration. All new candidates who have completed an approved North Carolina Medication Aide program for listing on the North Carolina Medication Registry for employment in a skilled nursing facility must have their approved training program upload their record.
