National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA)

Coordinated through Professional Testing (PTI).

Earning the CRMP will distinguish you as someone who has demonstrated superior knowledge and competency in the area of reverse mortgages and dedication to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

Before scheduling an exam, you must first submit an application, so that NRMLA can verify you meet all the eligibility requirements. If the application is approved, you will receive an authorization to test email from NRMLA. For more information on the CRMP and the eligibility requirements, visit the CRMP web page where you can download the Candidate Handbook. You may also contact Darryl Hicks, at 1-202-939-1784, or at dhicks@dworbell.com.

Scheduling for a computer based exam

Once you have received your authorization to test email from NRMLA, you may schedule your exam. You may make an exam appointment up to one business day in advance. Locations are available on a first-come first-served basis.

First-time test takers must create a Pearson VUE web account. Please note that account activation may require up to 24 hours. When creating your account and scheduling your exam, you will need your NRMLA candidate ID number from the authorization to test email sent to you upon completion of the application process.

After you schedule your test, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation letter listing your test date, your testing time, the address and phone number of the test center, and directions to the test center.
