If you have not received your scores and it is still within 5 working days of your test appointment, we ask you to be patient. Results are typically available within 24 hrs, but sometimes the scoring process may take longer. During this period, we will be unable to give you new information regarding your score, due to our automated scoring system.
If you have not received your scores yet and it has been longer than 5 working days, we encourage you to submit your request via the email form listed under your region below. We also recommend reading the test FAQs at: PTE Academic FAQs. We apologize for the delay and hope to assist you as soon as possible.
