Get certified from your home or office

Take your Veritas exam conveniently from home through OnVUE online proctoring. A live proctor will monitor you through the webcam on your workstation to provide a secure exam experience.

NOTE: This portal provides the ability to register for a Veritas Certified Specialist (VCS) exam that will be taken at a Pearson VUE testing center. It does NOT provide the ability to see prior exam certificates. To view certificates, skip to #3 below.

Steps to a Successful Testing Experience

  1. Prepare. Veritas provides certification exam preparation material including recommended training, sample exams for practice, and exam preparation guides. Please visit the Veritas certification website for more information.
  2. Select the appropriate exam for your learning path and register. To register for an exam, you must create an account here, or log into your existing account. If you had an account in CertTracker previously, you can log in with those same credentials.
    • Once you’ve logged in, you can View Exams to create a new registration appointment, and you can see any upcoming registrations you’ve already scheduled.
  3. View already acquired awards by logging in to the Veritas Learning Portal. If you do not have an account here yet, you must create one.
    • Instructions for creating a Customer account are available on the Certification website under Register for an Exam
      • For new accounts, there is a 24-48 hour wait time for your account to be approved by a Training Coordinator
      • Once an account is created, reach out to Global.exams@veritas.com to get your previously earned certificates uploaded to your learning portal account
  4. Read the Veritas Testing Policies about Exam Security and the Veritas Corporation Confidentiality Agreement before your exam appointment. You will be required to accept the agreement before beginning your exam.
