Beginning April 1, 2021, a West Virginia Workers Compensation Adjuster exam will be available through Pearson VUE. This newly developed exam features updated content.

Licenses for the Workers Comp Adjuster line of authority will become available July 1, 2021, upon successfully passing the Workers Compensation Adjuster exam.

Registrations for this exam open on March 18, 2021, with the first exam administrations available on April 1, 2021.

Additionally, beginning July 1, 2021, any person seeking a company adjuster license or an Independent adjuster license must take the West Virginia Adjuster (Adjuster 14) exam.

It is very important that this information is correct, as it will appear as it was entered on the documentation provided to you after you have completed the exam, as well as on any reports to your licensing agency.

Appointments may be made up to one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability. You may schedule your exam online or over the phone by contacting customer service.
