8. My account has a block. How do I get it removed?
To remove a block on your account:
Contact
customer service
(see FAQ #2).
A customer service agent will then identify the needed steps based on the nature of the block and advise accordingly.
From your testing program's page, you can:
Schedule, reschedule, cancel an exam
Locate a test center
View available exams
Find customer service contact information
Redirects to > /Test-takers.aspx
