Virginia Insurance Continuing Education Board

NOTICE:

The Virginia Insurance Continuing Education Board (“Board”) is seeking nominations to fill a vacant seat on the Board, specifically, one of the three seats designated for a "representative of the property and casualty insurance industry" by Section 38.2-1867(E) of the Code of Virginia (the "Code"). Board members are appointed for a term of five years and may, at the Commission’s discretion, be appointed for one additional five-year term.

If you are interested in filling the vacant seat, please forward your resume and a statement of willingness to serve, or any questions you may have, to viceb2020@gmail.com. The Board then will identify the most qualified nominees and forward their information to the Virginia State Corporation Commission (the "Commission") for consideration, approval, and appointment.

Please note that the Board does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, marital status, disability, age, or any classification protected by applicable law.
