Since discovering this issue, Pearson VUE has implemented additional processing safeguards and taken further steps to secure its systems. There is no evidence at this point that any personal information has been misused. Letters are being mailed to individuals believed to be affected; however, if you do not receive a letter, but submitted information related to insurance licensure during this time period, please call 1-855-288-3161 for additional information.
