COVID-19 Impact to Exam Appointment Availability (March 20, 2020)
As we continue to monitor the updates to COVID-19 response, we know that many of you may be running into scheduling or voucher usage questions. Please note the following recommendations and changes that have been implemented. Contact us should you have additional questions.

The Dell Technologies Proven Professional program uses advanced security monitoring to ensure the integrity, validity and value of the certifications you earn.
Candidates are required to provide a digital signature and allow a photo to be taken prior to sitting for an exam. This is an important requirement to deter proxy test taking.
All exams are computer scored immediately upon exam completion. Candidates will receive a paper copy "Exam Score Report" before they depart from the exam center. This report provides a "provisional score," not a final score. The final score is transmitted to the candidate’s CertTracker account only after a statistical analysis is conducted on the exam. This analysis identifies security issues including the use on non-approved materials to prepare for the exam. If a security issue is discovered the candidate will receive an email notification stating their exam results have been invalided. All candidate exam results are typically available in their CertTracker account within three business days.

- Exam Retake Policy
If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you must wait 7 days to retake the exam.
If you do not pass an exam on your second attempt, you must wait at least 2 weeks (14 days) between each additional attempt.
If you need to retake an exam that you have already passed in order to fulfill a certification track requirement, you may do so after 3 months.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a future exam appointment less than 24 hours in advance is subject to a same-day forfeit exam fee.
Exam fees are due in full for no-shows.
- Getting Your Exam Results From Dell Technologies
After taking the exam, you will receive an email from Dell Technologies Education Services indicating that your exam results are available in your CertTracker account. Please allow 3 business days for this email. Should you still have not received an email notification after 3 business days, please contact Education Support
