This page will help you schedule an appointment to take the State of Florida Department of Health Psychology Laws and Rules Examination.
Before scheduling an examination appointment, you must apply to the Board of Psychology, receive Board approval, followed by an Authorization-to-Test email. For more information, visit the Florida Board of Psychology website.
All requests for testing accommodations should be made through Professional Testing by submitting the Accommodations form located in the Documents section below. Please email email@example.com regarding any accommodation related questions.
Once you have received an Authorization-to-Test email, you may schedule your examination appointment. The email will inform you of the date range you may take the examination and will provide you with a 20-character candidate (PTI ID) number. Examination appointments may be made up to 24 hours in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Schedule, reschedule or cancel online
You must create a Pearson VUE web account (click on the Create account button above). When creating your web account, use the same First and Last names and 20-character candidate (PTI ID) number as noted in your authorization-to-test email. For issues with your Pearson VUE username or password, the quickest way to reach a customer service agent is via LET’s CHAT.
If your exam registration First or Last name does not match your photo ID, please email email@example.com for assistance.
After successfully scheduling, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation email listing your examination date and time, the test center address, along with important policies for your review and information. Confirmation emails are sent for every schedule, reschedule and cancellation of examination appointments. If you do not receive a confirmation email, Sign In with your Pearson VUE web account and verify the status of your examination appointment, as you may not have completed all of the necessary steps.
