Testing at Military Bases
Pearson VUE is pleased to offer Florida Department of Financial Services exams at select military bases around the world. Installation locations are in alphabetical order by geographic region and state. If you are taking an exam in EMEA, select Armed Forces, Europe & Other. If you are taking an exam at a facility in the Pacific, select Armed Forces Pacific.

Appointments may be made up to one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability. You may schedule your exam online or over the phone by contacting customer service.

Disclosure of your social security number on this form is mandatory pursuant to the Welfare Reform Act, 42 U.S.C. § 666, and §§ 626.171(2)(a) and (7), 626.231(2)(a), 626.541(1), and 626.9953(3)(a) and (7), F.S.
The purposes for the requested information are to verify the identity of an applicant for licensure, to conduct criminal and disciplinary history background checks, and to determine if the applicant lacks the fitness or trustworthiness to engage in the business of insurance. Your social security number is confidential and exempt from the disclosure requirements of § 119.07(1), F.S., and § 24(a), Article I of the Florida Constitution and will not be used for any purpose other than the purposes provided herein, or as otherwise authorized under § 119.071(5)(a), F.S.
A copy of this Privacy Statement is provided to you as required by § 119.071(5)(a)3., F.S.
- Your address: When entering your address, you MUST provide a physical street address. POST OFFICE BOX is not an acceptable address and will cause a delay in your examination data being transmitted to FL DFS. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the FL Department of Financial Services.
- Your name: Please VERIFY that you have created your web account with your LEGAL name as it appears on your government-issued ID and that your personal information is CORRECT. Contact Pearson VUE immediately to correct the spelling of your name or update your personal information if you notice any errors. It is very important that this information is correct, as it will appear as it was entered on the documentation provided to you after you have completed the exam, as well as on any reports to your licensing agency.
