Florida Real Estate
Please note that as of February 1, 2023, the fees for many DBPR exams have been updated. This includes real estate, appraiser, barber, and cosmetology exams among others.
Visit the Florida Real Estate online proctoring page to read important candidate information regarding proctor language and the use of pens, paper, and calculators for exams delivered online through OnVUE.
Effective 5/22/2022: OnVUE sales/broker candidates will be required to photograph the front and back of their Pre-licensure Education Completion Certificate or their Florida Bar card during the check-in process. We recommend using a mobile device for this. Failure to present valid documentation during check-in will result in you not being able to test. You will have to pay a new test fee to reschedule.
Get certified from your home or office
Take your Florida Real Estate exam conveniently from home through OnVUE online proctoring. A live proctor will monitor you through the webcam on your workstation to provide a secure exam experience.
Watch the short video on the Florida Real Estate online proctoring page to see how convenient it is to test from home or work. Be sure to run the system test before you sign in to register for an online proctored exam. Good luck!
Exam Review/Playback Update
Exam Reviews/Playbacks are only available for exams taken at a test center. Exam Review/Playback functionality is not applicable to exams delivered online through OnVUE.
As a business improvement initiative and to provide better controls over exam reviews/playbacks; candidates that want to schedule a retake within 21 days of an exam review must contact Pearson VUE customer service for an override. If an override is applied, the exam review comments will not be subject to further formal review by DBPR’s Subject Matter Experts.
Candidates have the ability to schedule a retake after an exam review online themselves outside the 21 day exclusion time period.
