Examinations are available for individuals to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the following Open Group Standards: ArchiMate® Specification, DPBoK™ Standard, IT4IT™ Reference Architecture, Open FAIR™ Body of Knowledge, TOGAF® Standard.
Preparation is the key to success
The Open Group recommends training and/or the use of appropriate study guides and practice tests to prepare for the examination. Training is available from The Open Group Accredited Training Course Provider organizations. Our certification preparation page provides information on finding the training course, study guide, or practice test you need to succeed.
Schedule An Exam
Appointments may be made in advance or on the day you wish to test, subject to availability. Login to create or access your Open Group account and register for an exam.
After the Exam
Upon completion of your exam, your results will be sent to The Open Group who will send you an email within 6 business days with instructions for how to complete the certification process in order to get certified.
ESL – English as a Second Language
Additional time may be provided for people taking an English language exam for whom English is not their first language. Candidates residing in and taking an exam in a Designated ESL Country are eligible for extra time to complete the exam. Other candidates may be eligible and would require approval from The Open Group prior to booking an exam. Please see The Open Group’s information on the ESL Time Allowance for more information.
If you have a disability and require a specific (non-ESL) accommodation, such as a time extension or a reader / recorder, you will need to obtain prior approval from The Open Group before Pearson VUE can complete your booking.
