To create a Microsoft Certification profile, sign-in to Microsoft Learn using a Microsoft Account or MSA and complete the form. (NOTE: The name on your Microsoft Certification profile must exactly match the name that appears on the government issued ID you will present to enter the exam.)
Before you schedule, or access, a Microsoft certification exam be sure you are logged into your Microsoft certification dashboard using the email associated with your Microsoft Certification profile.
If you have trouble accessing your Microsoft certification dashboard while scheduling, or accessing, a certification exam please contact Microsoft Certification Support and a support moderator will assist within 24 hours.
If you do not have an ID that meets the requirements of the ID policy and would like to request an exception, or if you are a candidate testing outside your country, please contact Pearson VUE support. Any candidate exceptions to the ID or out of country testing policy must be pre-approved by the Pearson VUE customer service center at least three business days before the scheduled exam appointment.
Microsoft international registration or scheduling limitations for India, Pakistan, and China: Candidates are allowed to test only in the country identified as their country of residence. This means that a candidate with a profile listing China as his or her country of residence may only register for an exam in China; Pakistan residents may only register in Pakistan; and India residents may only register in India.
If you do not know the username or password for your Microsoft Certification profile, please do not create another profile. Doing so could delay your certification. If you already have multiple profiles that need to be merged, please contact Microsoft Certification Support and a support moderator will assist within 24 hours.
