Examination scheduling information
Pearson VUE receives information daily from the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, authorizing candidates for the examination.
After you receive your email from Nebraska, confirming that you have been approved for the exam from Pearson VUE/Nebraska Real Estate Commission your record should be loaded into Pearson VUE’s system. You can then create a WEB ACCOUNT. Once you create your web account, you should confirm that your account contains your LEGAL NAME as it appears on your government-issued ID and that your personal information is CORRECT.
If your name or any of your personal information is incorrect, you should contact the Nebraska Real Estate Commission immediately to correct the spelling of your name or update your personal information. It is very important that YOUR NAME is correct, to avoid being turned away at the testing site.
Appointments must be made at least one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability. You may schedule your exam online or over the phone by contacting customer service.
Real Estate Practice Tests

The practice tests coincide with the current, general test outline. State-specific practice tests are not available.
